Our family are enrolled members of the Five Nations of Oklahoma, formerly and historically known as the "Five Civilized Tribes":   Muscogee (Creek), Seminole, Cherokee, Chickasaw, and Choctaw.   We are also "Traditionals", meaning we participate in our traditional tribal culture.   Our traditional knowledge does not come from researching books, it is a way of life for us.   Our primary focus has been to preserve the traditional arts of our Southeastern  tribal culture such as beadwork, textiles, fingerweaving, etc.   Our mission is to promote and preseve our Southeast tribal culture for future generations and to educate others about our heritage.

Our designs are both traditional and contemporary Southeast tribal motiffs.    Presently, most of the designs that are in the store are our actual beadwork and textile designs (patchwork, Green Corn ceremonial outfits, Renewal Ceremony outfits, etc.)  The actual textile outfits and beadwork takes much thought and time to make individually, and we are not a factory.     We have, however, found a way to make some of our designs available to the public that is quick and inexpensive to purchase.   It is our hope that others will feel pride of their tribal heritage as well and celebrate our Native American ancestory.
